    Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you, and would like to inform you of the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (L / T 424) dated 20/2 / 1440H, which referred to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment No. (4238) dated (29/1/1440) that is including the commercial registry systems, trade names, trade data, precious metals, precious stones, commercial agencies that included provisions requiring the merchant to write his commercial statements in all of his correspondence and publications.

    The Ministry has observed, through monitoring rounds, the use or acceptance by some establishments of invoices that do not include statutory data, including the trade name, commercial address, trade registration number, license number, etc., as this is a commercial offense and its perpetrators are subject to statutory penalties.​
